All our offerings are digital services, not physical products. Therefore, once a project, campaign, or deliverable has started, returns do not apply. However, refunds may be issued under certain conditions stated below.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered in the following cases:
- The project has not yet been initiated and no work has been delivered.
- The client made a duplicate payment by mistake.
- A technical error occurred on our end preventing the service from being provided.
- We fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe without prior communication.
Once substantial work has begun (such as keyword research, ad setup, or design work), refunds are not applicable.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be issued for:

- Website design, content writing, or branding projects where initial drafts or work have been delivered.

- Any work already performed will be billed proportionally.
